Description

At the east side of Haarlem, located near the Ringvaart and village centre of Vijfhuizen, is this detached villa at a park-like plot of 9,012 m2 with multiple terraces on top, as well as grassland and goat, chicken and horse facilities. Ground floor
A royal, covered entrance at the main building provides access to a spacious hall with wardrobe, lift and stairs to the first floor, and a spacious guest toilet with washbasin. People arrive into the living room and the kitchen diner from this hall.

The living room (74 m2) is L-shaped, has a fireplace and private terrace which is accessible through double opening doors. The large bay window creates a natural emotional connection with the garden.

The kitchen diner (51 m2), which is also connected with the living room, consists of a completely equipped kitchen (5-burner induction cooker, dishwasher, double rinsing tube, two refrigerators, freezer, oven and microwave), a dining area and a large bay window with sitting area looking out on garden and stable. The kitchen diner has its own covered, sheltered and heated terrace.

People arrive in an intermediate area from the kitchen which connects the house with the utility wing (scullery, garage, office, etc.) and the garden room with swimming pool. The intermediate area is also in connection with the second entrance.

First floor
On the first floor of the main building there is one large and two smaller bedrooms. Between the large bedroom and the two smaller bedrooms there is a large marble bathroom, which can be divided in two through a sliding door. In the one part there are two washstands and a bathtub, in the other part there is a washstand, shower and toilet. The attic can be reached with loft stairs from the landing.

On the first floor of the utility wing there are two bedrooms with bathroom. The first floor of the main building is not in connection with the first floor of this wing.

The house features a central vacuum system, electric sunblinds and air conditioning (single areas).

Garden
In the gardens immediately surrounding the house there are, in addition to the terraces located by the house, another couple of spread out terraces, of which one is situated below a large overgrown pergola and another one secluded in a shade under the leafs of plane trees. In addition, there is a large goat and chicken coop with night shelter near the house.

Around these gardens, terraces and the goat and chicken coop are grass fields with paved hiking trails. Furthermore, there is a horse stable and a horse meadow. In the southwestern part of the plot, near the horse stable, there is a gate which provides a second access to the plot from the public road. There is also a parking area for (horse) vehicles there.
